About Your Shipment

Shipping Policy

• Most orders are shipped within 2 business days thru. UPS Ground service. The basic shipping and handling cost (UPS Ground) is $7 for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous States. You will be notified with an expected delivery date and tracking number via e-mail. Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order to ensure the quickest delivery.

• Customer may ask us to ship out the merchandise by UPS 2nd Day Air or next day air service. We will charge $15 or more for the "UPS 2nd Day Air", and $30 or more for the "UPS Next Day Air". Normally, we will try every possible means to send the order out within 24 hrs.

• If the total order amount is over $50 (not valid for business account), we will ship out that order without charging the basic shipping and handling cost (not including the ebay auction items). However,  the surcharge for the UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air service can not be waived.

• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO and U.S. Territories are sent via United State Postal Service (USPS). All International shipments will be sent via USPS Air. The shipping and handling cost will be charged according the actual costs.
